  1. On the Occasion of the Eighty-fifth Anniversary of the Promulgation of the decree Cum data fuerit (June 6, 2014)

The North American Orthodox-Catholic Theological Consultation was established in 1965 and continues to meet regularly. This was initially a US dialogue, established between the National Conference of Catholic Bishops (now the USCCB) and the Standing Conference of the Canonical Orthodox Bishops in the Americas (SCOBA).

As the Orthodox jurisdictions cross the borders, Orthodox in Canada have been represented since the dialogues inception. In recognition of this, the dialogue has included two representatives of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops since the mid-1990s. Since 2010, SCOBA has been replaced by the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of North and Central America.
